[Mesquitelist] mapping together the transitions for a lot of binary characters on a tree

Hi,

I face the need of mapping the changes of a lot of binary characters on 
a tree, and I am looking for a tool which could do it for all in once.
I know that Mesquite does the analysis for all but display the trees 
character by character.
(The reconstruction method I would like to use is the maximum likelihood).

Does somebody have an advice? with Mesquite or another tool?
