[Mesquitelist] Mesquite closes down when opening lists or trees

I need some help: my Mesquite program has problems processing tree files. Everytime I open a file it works as normal, but when I try to view either the tree or the taxa list, Mesquite suddenly closes without warning. No error message is displayed.



I thought that maybe the new files were defect, but the problem persists with older files which worked before. I also uninstalled Mesquite and installed the latest version of the program, suspecting that some bug had damaged the program, but Mesquite keeps closing. I run Mesquite on Windows.



Can any of you tell me how I should solve this problem?
