[Mesquitelist] coalescent simulation using scripts

Dear Mesquite users,

I need your helpful advices to get a script that simulate more than 50000
gene trees using the multispecies coalescent model from a prior
distribution of species trees. Priors must include topologies obtained
according to the Yule model, but using a different prior on nodal and root
generation times. Each species tree must be used to generate a single or
several gene trees.

Given that Mesquite memory tends to be saturated under such conditions,
pooling several runs using different random seed are necessary.

Any help will be highly appreciated
