If a key is held down during startup, and the log window has focus, it will start up in minimal mode. Is there any chance your keyboard is sending key down events?

I have tried using the "Use All Installed Packages" command from the "Activate/Deactivate Packages" submenu of the File menu, but it tells me that I need to restart Mesquite, and when I do, nothing changes. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how did you fix it?
