[Mesquitelist] Mesquite.R & RMesquite

For the people that have asked about getting Mesquite.R and RMesquite going, I will be working over the next few weeks to get those updated.  For Mesquite calling R functions, I need to build special glue code for each R function I want to make available, so I need to know how to prioritize.  Could I get responses from people as to what they most want to be able to call from Mesquite?

And for those who might want to use Mesquite from within R, what exact functions of Mesquite would you like access to?  Would you like it to show and edit trees, to show and edit matrices, which it can do, or would you like access to other particular functions of Mesquite?
