[Mesquitelist] problem with Mesquite.R package

I installed theMesquite.R package and wantet to adjuste branch lengths by penalized likelihood rate smoothing. Although I installed the rJAVA package, I can't find it under R-2.13.0/library. Then I moved the rjava folder to R-2.13.0/library. Howerer, I still can't use the penalized likelihood rate smoothing (ape). It said "R can't be started.  It appears that the JRI library file cannot be found. See log for more details". The log file followed
