[Mesquitelist] Weird Grafen branch lengths?

Dear Mesquite users,

I've tried to transform a 59-taxon cladogram to have Grafen's-89 branch lengths, and got a suspiciously high root node height (other node heights seem OK). Has anyone come across something like this? I'm using Mesquite 2.75 (build 566) with PDAP installed. I've done this with older versions before, and then the results seemed more logical. Any advice on this would be welcome!

Cheers,
                   Tommi N.
