Do you know how to increase memory? Open up Run_Mesquite_Windows.bat
and change

-Xmx400M

to something bigger, say

-Xmx800M

and then double click Run_Mesquite_Windows.bat to start Mesquite.

By the way, for Mac OS X 10.5 users, if you want to allocate more
than 2GB of memory to Mesquite, you add

-d64

to the command line startup.
