[Mesquitelist] Bugs in Mesquite?

Dear Mesquite users,

I am using Mesquite for the first time and find it very handy. What I  
really want to do is to run a correlation of analysis of the matrix  
attached to this email using Page94 model. Unfortunately, I keep  
getting the following alert message: "A command could not be  
completed because an exception occurred (i.e. a crash; class  
java.lang.ArrayindexOutOfBoundsException). If you save any filess,  
you might best use Save as.... in case file saving doesn't work  
properly". I am desperately need  help because I have been stuck on  
this for a month. I wonder if my problem has to do with the number of  
taxa I have.
