[Mesquitelist] Balls and Sticks

First of all many thanks for providing and developing Mesquite.

There is something that I wanted to ask about the tree drawing.
I know this is a very personal thing, but I would be extremely happy  
if it would be possibl,e to show the Balls and Sticks Option also with  
a square Tree.
Perhaps it is possible to implement this.
Furthermore I would be interested in calculating correlations of  
discrete data that contains missing values.
