[Mesquitelist] Ancestral value CI

Dear fellow Mesquite users,

	A while ago, Wayne sent me a very useful 
script to get ancestral values for all nodes of a 
tree and for all states of a matrix. Does anybody 
have a script which would enable me to get the 
95% confidence intervals (lower and upper) of the 
root values produced by the PDAP module of 
Mesquite (in the screen 9A, root node 
reconstruction)? That would be very useful for 
testing some evolutionary questions, like whether 
or not significant changes took place on some 
branches stemming from the root. Thanks.
