[Mesquitelist] fused matrix export

Hello 
I've got a lot of nexus matrices that I want to include in a project and then 
export as a fused matrix.   The taxon complements are the same. I get the 
matricies to be included in the same project fine. However when I do a test 
export on matrix 1 and matrix 2 only the data from matrix 1 is included in the 
"fused" file.
version 1.12 on mac.
