[Mesquitelist] simulating matrices on multiple trees simultaneously

Hello all.
If I have a tree block with multiple trees, is there any way to simulate
matrices on all of them at once (using the same model of character
evolution)? Right I can simulate multiple matrices on the tree that is
currently being displayed in tree window. Which means that if I have a
hundred trees in a block, and I want to generate one or more matrices
under each tree, I would have to manually scroll through each of the
trees and run batch architect on each one separately. Is there a way to
automate this process, or make it work more efficiently?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

p.s. I've already tried running the batch architect when a multiple tree
window is showing, but that does not seem to work.
