[Mesquitelist] Mesquite 2 Beta 3 released

We've released beta 3 of Mesquite 2, available here:

It has various improvments over beta 2, including in documentation. 
The Diverse package is considerably improved.

We are hoping for a release of Mesquite 2 sometime in September, so 
your comments are especially welcome now.
