[Mesquitelist] build ancestral state in large scale

Mesquite can run under unix/linux.  It has a scripting language and 
so you can automate tasks.

When you say "run it automatically in large scale", what do you mean 
exactly?  You want to generate a large table, you want to print many 
trees, or you want a summary diagram created?  A summary of what?  If 
you tell me exactly what you want, I can tell you if Mesquite can do 
what you need.
