Bugs in Mesquite 1.05:
The PAUPConstraintTestParsimony template included with Batch Architecture for
doing the
test of monophyly has one of the searches incorrectly searching for the optimal
trees with the
converse of the constraint rather than the constraint itself; this is fixed
via an addendum.
There is a bug that causes labels for internal nodes (including Bayesian support values) to be scrambled if the branch interchange or reroot tool is used. This is fixed via an addendum.
