As in MacClade, Mesquite has tree windows. To show a tree window, go to the Tree Window menu item under Trees. If there is more than one set of taxa, Mesquite will ask you to select the set of taxa for which you want to show a tree window (since this data file has only one set of taxa, there isn't any choice.)
